Licensing Tribunals

A Licensing Tribunal is a quasi-judicial body that adjudicates on matters referred to it by the City's Municipal Licensing & Standards (ML&S) Division. Applicants who are denied a license by ML&S may request a hearing before the Tribunal by completing a Request for Hearing application.

Licensing includes property standards issues for rental apartment buildings.There are some defined procedures to be followed with the ML&S when issuing a complaint.
